Please read our terms of serice carefully. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
Right to Service
Primitive House Designs - PHD reserves the right to refuse service, especially if the requests do not alight with our operating principles and policies. We reserve the right to refuse service without notice.
Project Commencing Date
We consider your project active once your order has been received and payment has been provided or deposit as agreed upon by an agent of Primitive House Designs. We will do our absolute best to complete your website in a reasonable timeframe, but please be advised that this also depends on the client. If we are waiting on images, content etc from you, this may effect your completion date. Primive House Designs shall make every effort to meet the deadlines discussed with the client. Any delay by the client will result in a day to day extension of the due date. We will do everything possible to reach any agreement made with the client. If the project is one hold for more than 6 months by no fault of PHD, prices may be subject to increase.
Our websites are built to work with our servers. Your montly hosting fee includes free updatesd/maintence. Although your admin area makes it easy to update your site, we are more than happy to make those updates for you. Annual and Bi-Annual savings are available.
If we purchased your domain for you, we will renew your domain and will present you with an invoice if the billing is sent to PHD. If you pay for your own domain through a registrar and it expires we are no way responsible. Your site will not be live.
Ownership – Unless advised otherwise, the person or legal entity who purchased the design package is the exclusive owner of the website design content which includes the uploaded files that are stored within the allocated web server providing full payment has been received. This does not include: any code source files, any original stock images, any photoshop (.psd), illustrator (.eps or .ai), inDesign (.indd), or any flash (.fla) source files – these original source files remain the property of PHD. Design is not available for resale or sharing.
Website Maintenance Cancellations & Refunds – Either party may terminate the project at any time upon giving written notice to the other via email or registered post. In the event of termination, all indemnities shall continue. The deposit payment and any milestone payments already received are non-refundable.
We require full payment before any design work will begin. Although our prices are very reasonable, if you require a payment plan, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that once work has begun on your website, due to the nature of our services, your payment is non-refundable.
Please fill out our New Client Intake Form after completing your payment. We will not begin any work until payment has been completed. If we have not received all materials and content necessary for your website to go live within
30 days, you will be required to begin your hosting subscription. By completing your payment, you agree to these terms.
